With Alyssa Mathews Law’s offering of group “Will Parties”, you can get the best of both worlds- time spent with good company, and checking off one of life’s big “to do’s” off of your mental list.

  • You gather the group and provide the hosting space, and I come to you! These can be done one of two ways- completely in person, split across two parties, or via a hybrid approach.

    In the all in-person approach, I will come to whereever your group is twice. First for a consultation with each person or couple, and the second visit is when everyone will execute/sign their documents.

    In the Hybrid approach, I meet with each individual/couple virtually for consultation prior to one in person party date, and which time everyone will sign and execute their documents.

  • The biggest barrier that I see to people getting their Estate Plans in order is having the time to take out of their busy schedules to go meet with an attorney in some stuffy office. With Will Parties, I come to you where ever you already plan to be. By providing these services partially in group settings, it allows me to provide those services at a lower rate per client. Saving you time and money.
